CHECKING OUT ONLINE
 
You will be required to provide your name, address, phone and email to complete the checkout process.
 
Make sure to provide accurate city, state, and zip code information.  International orders, please provide an updated working telephone number.  Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section.  Make sure to check that your order information is correct, especially the shipping and billing addresses.
 
If you need to change your order, or any of the shipping or billing information, please call to make the changes. Please note that you will be unable to modify or cancel your order after you have placed it.
 
 
SHIPPING, AND PROCESSING TIME
 
  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated by zip code and added to your total.  An  8.875% sales tax will be automatically added to NYS residents.  Please allow 3-4 days processing time.  All products are made to order.  A.O.M Cosmetics is not a large business that stock and markets products made by other companies.  I am an old-fashioned family-style business that respects the personal lives of my clients, many of whom are parents.  So to ensure that you receive your products in a timely fashion that works for you, I encourage you to order before your cosmetics are extremely low.

  • Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days after processing time using USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 7-10 business days shipping time.  If any products ordered are no longer available, you will be notified by phone or by email. Depending on your location, Priority Mail will usually arrive within 2-3 days from the date it was shipped. Please allow additional days for Alaska, Hawaii, international or during the holiday season. 

  • Checks are not accepted. 

  • If you absolutely need your A.O.M Cosmetic products immediately, please let me know and I can expedite your order.  I understand that natural mineral makeup and herbal skin care may be the only things out there that doesn't break you out, or that is the perfect color for your skin tone and that you do not want to go to the drugstore or Sephora to replenish your stock, so please do not hesitate to let me know if you are in a bind.  When you inquire about the status of your order, please do so courteously and make sure to have your order number ready.

 
In an effort to be environmentally responsible we re-use packing peanuts, bubble wrap and packing paper from shipments we receive or newspapers to pack your order.
 
 
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
 
  • Why should I purchase samples first?  I  highly recommend purchasing samples first.  Samples of your custom blend products will be mailed to you first, when you have made your final decision, your full size products will be created and charged separately.  Please note, there are no samples available for the hand pressed items listed on this site. A.O.M Cosmetics does not accept returns on samples.  I encourage purchasing sample so that you can try the product.  If you do not find it to your liking, simply do not order the full size product.  If you have a question about a sample, please contact me via email or voice mail, and I will be happy to give you any assistance necessary to find the product that you will absolutely love.

  • Due to the fact that A.O.M Cosmetics does not use synthetic preservatives and only the most natural, as well as the exclusive and personalized nature of my products, and I offer ample samples of my products, A.O.M Cosmetics does not offer refunds, Exchange Only. Exchanges are typically only given if a product is defective or damaged during shipping, or if however, you have made a mistake and ordered the wrong shade, or mislabeled, please contact me.  If and only if the product is unopened and untouched, I can exchange it for the correct shade.   If a product is defective or damaged, please notify me immediately at nikicm@aomcosmetics.com to make arrangements for an exchange. Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase, in the original packaging not damaged.  You will be responsible for the extra shipping.

  • If you have a concern about a product such as, a hardened lipstick or pencil, or a mislabeled product, please contact me via email, or by phone within 7 days of receipt of your order.  Please do not ship products back without contacting me first.  I will not replace the product or the shipping cost incurred to you.

THE A.O.M EXPERIENCE & BRIDAL APPLICATION SERVICES
 
Please note that these services are only available for residents in the New York City and Jersey City area.  If you do not live in these areas, you may fill out a custom order form and mail with a money order made payable to A.O.M Cosmetics, or call with your credit card information.  The A.O.M Experiences and Bridal Services are by appointment only.  Please allow 24 hour notice of any cancellations and for rescheduling.   Please note that for the bridal services, 50% of the brides fee and attendants fee for application is refundable with notice of cancellation, one week prior to application appointment.

A.O.M Cosmetics reserves the right to include any custom blended prodtuct to its product line for resale.
